Curry Up Now

Curry Up Now is an award-winning Indian Fusion concept conceived in 2009 by husband-and-wife team Akash and Rana Kapoor. What began as a California food truck, quickly turned into the largest and fastest-growing Indian fast-casual concept in the U.S.

The brand currently has 16 brick-and-mortar locations, 3 food trucks and several digital outposts nationwide, with both corporate and franchised units in development across California, Georgia, Washington, North Carolina and Texas.

Curry Up Now has seen an increasing demand for its fresh, flavourful ingredients and menu items that offer an innovative spin on traditional Indian cuisine. Such items include the Tikka Masala Burritos and Bowls, an Indian Pizza called The Naugty Naan, a poutine called Sexy Fries, Indian Street Food Classics and some other fan favourites like the Deconstructed Samosa, Kathi Rolls and Thali Platters.

Curry Up Now differentiates itself by presenting authentic Indian flavours in a friendly, recognizable format that supports halal, keto, paleo, vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free diets, and uses locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
