Butta Burger
First launched as a delivery-only concept featuring burgers and chicken basted with a special "seasoned butta" by Graham Atkinson and Chloe Caprani in 2020, Butta Burger quickly achieved cult status within the Edinburgh market. Just six months later, the brand's first prime location venue on George Street was open and subsequently crowned 'Burger Restaurant of the Year' by the Scottish Restaurant Awards.
As Butta Burger continues to grow, focus remains firmly on flavour. Everything served, from the ‘Butta’ basted beef with homemade truffle sauce to the fried chicken with homemade gravy mayo, to the vegan chilli cheeseburger with homemade smoked jalapeño relish, is an elevated classic designed to keep customers coming back.
